JS Health and Fitness Services is owned and operated by Julie Shaw.
Julie Shaw is a dedicated personal trainer who is passionate about helping others achieve better health through exercise and food management and practice. With over 25 years experience in the Fitness Industry, Julie has worked both as a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor.
She is a qualified Network Fitness Leader, a REP's Registered Personal Trainer, and has National Certificates in Level 2 Fitness (Foundation) Skills, Level 3 Fitness (Exercise Consultant) Skills and Level 4 Fitness (PT Business Skills).
Julie has competed successfully in national aerobics and body shaping competitions. From being overweight to competing successfully at a national level, Julie knows what works in practice to achieve weight loss goals and that ideal shapely image that many seek. Julie has made it her mission and goal to help others achieve long term success with their health and fitness aspirations.
